The Role & Your Impact
Help bring the FORMAS.AI brand to life across everything we make. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you'll design and produce visual content (social posts, ad creatives, brand assets, decks, and video), taking work from rough direction to polished, on-brand results.
This is a craft-first, hands-on role. You'll execute across formats and platforms, learn fast, and stretch your range, using AI tools to produce more and produce it faster. As you grow, so does your ownership of the work.
Key Responsibilities
◆Visual Design & Production. Design and produce on-brand visual content across formats (social posts, ad creatives, brand graphics, decks, and in-house collateral), using design tools and AI.
◆Content Across Platforms. Take work from concept and direction through to finished asset, from polished brand pieces to quick, social-first posts and video.
◆Generate Ideas. Come up with creative concepts and angles independently, and help shape campaigns alongside the Creative Lead.
◆Work Independently. Explore, problem-solve, and work through obstacles on your own without hand-holding, and show output fast.
◆Copy When Needed. Shape simple copy for social and ad formats when the work calls for it. You don't need to be a copywriter, just know what good sounds like and use AI to help.
◆AI-First or Assisted Workflows. Use AI as a core part of how you design and produce: image generation, editing, ideation, and speed.
Skills & Tools
You don't need to check every box. We value a clear set of strengths and a portfolio that moves the work forward.
◆Strong Visual Craft. This is the most important thing. A real eye for design, layout, type, and composition, shown through your portfolio.
◆Design / Art Background. Around 1–4 years in design, art direction, motion, or a related creative field (agency, in-house, or freelance). Or a portfolio that speaks for itself.
◆Tool Fluency. Comfortable with design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva, CapCut) and open to AI-native creative tools.
◆Social-Aware. You understand social platforms natively: formats, pacing, and what stops a scroll.
◆Video / Motion. Video editing and/or motion graphics is key to this role. You're comfortable producing and editing video and motion content.
◆Self-Starting & Coachable. You manage your own output, take direction well, and want to grow your craft fast.
◆AI-Native Mindset. You're encouraged to independently explore and test different AI tools to reach the outcome we want (across image, video, editing, and workflow), and to push what's possible.

QA Engineer

We're looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and overall user experience of our product.
The Role & Your Impact
Be the last line of defense before anything ships. You'll build and maintain the test documentation that keeps the team aligned, run the manual and automated testing that catches what shouldn't slip through, call out defects clearly enough that no one has to guess what you meant, and stay close to client-reported issues so problems get fixed instead of just filed away.
Key Responsibilities
◆Test the Product. Plan and perform manual and automated testing throughout the development cycle, catching issues before they reach users.
◆Document with Precision. Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation that keep the team aligned on what "working" looks like.
◆Track Every Bug. Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects and items for improvement, clearly enough that no one has to guess what went wrong.
◆Collaborate Across Teams. Work with developers, designers, and the product team to clarify requirements and validate implementations before release.
◆Guard Release Quality. Help ensure that every release meets the expected functional and quality standards.
◆Build Automation. Develop and maintain automated tests that scale coverage as the product grows.
◆Support the Client. Investigate client-reported issues and provide support through email, Slack, Discord, and other channels.
◆Dig Into the Details. Review logs, APIs, and application behavior to get to the root of any issue.

◆SDLC Fluency. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and where QA fits within it.
◆QA Process Knowledge. Familiarity with QA processes, test suites, and methodologies.
◆Test Planning. Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test plans.
◆Test Automation. Knowledge of writing automated tests, with experience in Playwright preferred.
◆Git Proficiency. Comfortable working with Git and code repositories such as GitHub.
◆Clear Bug Documentation. Able to document bugs and items for improvement clearly, covering reproduction steps, expected and actual results, logs, and evidence.
◆Cross-Team Collaboration. Can work smoothly with developers, designers, and the product team throughout the development cycle.
◆Client Support. Able to act as support for client-reported issues via email, Slack, Discord, and similar channels.
◆CI/CD Awareness. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated tests are integrated into deployments.
◆DevOps Familiarity. Familiarity with DevOps concepts, staging environments, deployment workflows, and production monitoring.
◆Systems Understanding. Understands application architecture, APIs, logs, and AI-related system components.
